The annual EGX Rezzed convention has been cancelled due the concerns surrounding the impact of coronavirus.
Back on 20 March, the convention set to be held in London was delayed until July, which was still seen as unrealistic at the time.
The organisers explain in a(n) FAQ today that Following the continued escalation of the COVID-19 pandemic .. and after extensive discussions with all the relevant ... authorities ... we have made the decision to cancel EGX: Rezzed 2020.
This does not affect the regular EGX Convention taking place from 17 to 20 September (yet), which is still planned to go ahead.
All tickets for EGX Rezzed have been transferred into EGX tickets, but full refunds are available for those who will not want to attend EGX, and tickets can also be transferred between different days at EGX. For information about refunds and ticket transferring can be found in the FAQ.
